The third day of the DNC was an all out assault on Donald Trump, with the Great Divider, the Liar in Chief, Barack Obama headlining the roast.
The speakers made every attempt to use ridicule and their weaponized, buzz words as much as they could; racist, sexist, misogynist, homophobe, islamophobe, bully, even scary!
“Donald Trump & Mike Pence have united to form the ‘make misogyny great again’ ticket.”
-Ilyse Hogue, the president of NARAL Pro-Choice America
“when women win, children win.” “Stop insulting Hispanics, stop insulting Muslims now!” “Hillary understands the historic dimensions of the agony, hope and promise of Black Lives Matter. – Jesse Jackson
“It’s time to put “a bully racist” in his place and a tough woman in hers; the White House”
– Maryland governor, Martin O’Malley
New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio called Clinton “smart,” ”steady” and “ready” for the presidency, but dismissed Trump as “reckless… risky… wrong… and scary.”
Thank you. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Folks, okay but folks, I’ll tell you — folks — whatever, I’m called middle class Joe. Folks — I have — no one ever doubts I mean what I say. Don’t forget it. Ladies and gentlemen, we all understand what it will mean for our daughters and granddaughters when Hillary Clinton walks into the oval office as president of the United States of America. It will change their lives.
– Joe Biden
Our nation is too great to put it in the hands of a slick-talking, empty-promising, self-promoting, one man wrecking crew. Don’t take it from me. Take it from former First Lady Barbara Bush. She said she didn’t know how any woman could vote for him after his offensive comments.
– Tim Kain
“He’s just offering slogans, and he’s offering fear. He’s betting that if he scares enough people, he might score just enough votes to win this election.”
– Barack Obama
It’s no surprise that most people would rather hear comforting lies, instead of unpleasant truths. Last night’s DNC was filled with manipulative, comforting lies coming out of every speakers mouth. Those people don’t care about the truth and they hope you won’t either…
“Tonight was a sad night for the Democratic Party. They offered no solutions for the problems facing America – in fact, they pretended those problems didn’t even exist. They described a vision of America that doesn’t exist for most Americans, including the seventy percent of Americans who think our country is on the wrong track.
Never has a party been so disconnected from what is happening in our world. Instead of dealing with reality, they spoke in cheap, petty terms beneath the dignity of a convention.”
– Stephen Miller
