Hillary Clinton’s reaction to the Benghazi, Libya attacks should “disqualify her from being commander in chief,” Ohio Republican Rep. Jim Jordan said Tuesday.
Clinton has denied making any such statement, despite the accounts of four people. One, the father of a slain CIA security contractor, took written notes of her words.
‘Somebody is lying,’ McLaughlin told her Wednesday. ‘Who is it?’
‘Not me, that’s all I can tell you,’ Clinton replied, casting blame on the families.
Political fallout from Benghazi has centered on the question of whether the Obama administration sought to avoid admitting, just eight weeks before the president stood for re-election, that terrorists had attacked an American facility overseas.
While Clinton was telling the American people the Benghazi, Libya attacks happened because of a video on youtube, The Freedom of Information Act lawsuit by Judicial Watch against the administration finally forced the truth, Hillary Clinton explicitly told Mr. Kandil:
“We know the attack in Libya had nothing to do with the film. It was a planned attack — not a protest.”
“You’re not kidding. Based on the information we saw today, we believe the group that claimed responsibility for this is affiliated with al-Qaeda.”
